This is all the meal planning I can normally do when traveling.
I usually have breakfast at the hotel and go out for dinner but I make sure to have some fruits and nuts to snack on in between to control my hunger and not go overboard at the restaurant.
I also plan my dinners based on how much I ate during the day. If I indulged a bit too much, I usually go for a salad but if I plan to have a bigger dinner then I am careful not to overeat during the day.
