After the intense yoga session on Friday, I needed a rest day on Saturday but I was back at running on Sunday as strong as ever (although my muscles were still very sore and I thought about skipping it altogether but I already skipped two C25K workouts). I improved every personal best time there is but I have a feeling that Endomondo had some problems. I received confusing feedback from the audio coach and some PB times seem ridiculous (I can’t run 1 km in 2 minutes!!!) so I don’t think that the Cooper, 1km, 1 mile and 3km are accurate. I do believe that the 5km time is correct though so this means a personal best 5 km of 35m:45s which is a 2m:26s improvement. It’s a lot better than when I started 12 weeks ago for sure!
I am making another rest day today and tomorrow I am starting in the new gym. Woohoo!

- Thursday @ gym: weight training and C25K workout on the treadmill
- Friday @ gym: wellness day – yoga and sauna
- Saturday: rest day
