It’s very hard for me to find motivation currently.

I have completed phase 1 and 2 of the Jamie Eason LiveFit Trainer last year. I didn’t do the diet exactly to a T but I tried instead to eat as clean as possible 5-6 times a day. I became stronger, built more muscle mass and lost 4 kg which I know is not much and I’m still far from my goal but nevertheless I am somewhat happy with what I accomplished.

I skipped phase 3 because of Christmas and told myself that right after New Year’s Eve I’ll continue where I left off. Well, it’s already March and I’m still lacking motivation.

I tried the Bizzy Diet in February and did two workouts and then quit. I just can’t bring myself to go to the gym and I cheat on my diet more often than I should. I know it’s wrong and I’m trying now to get back on track. I’m already starting to pay more attention to my diet and I’m hoping that now that spring is coming, it’s warmer outside and it’s getting dark later in the day, I will start doing sports again. I would like to start JELF again and this time stick to it till the end.
