I decided to write them all down here in the hope that I will stick to it this time. I am currently down with a cold so the first one is obvious.
Health:
– Get healthy and stay that way
– Eat clean and try to reach the macro C30-P40-F30 every day
– Lose weight, fat and body fat
– Build more muscle
– Do sports 3-4 times per week
– Be less stressed
Family:
– Continue to help my family
– Visit my family 3 times in 2013
– Take my family to the seaside
Fun:
– Be less grumpy
– Do more fun stuff
– Enjoy life
– Visit 3 new cities
– Do a road trip in the USA: visit Las Vegas, Los Angeles and San Francisco (MY DREAM!!!)
– Play more on the xbox ๐
Work:
– Improve my knowledge and skills
– Be better at work and do less mistakes
– Attend a tech conference
Love: (private so left empty on purpose ๐ )

– Be nicer to people
– Read 10 books
– Blog more
I realise that this is a long list but if I manage to do a little bit of each, then I’m happy.
