Goals for this week

Last week I scheduled my workouts for each day but our plans don’t always go as we wish. Something came up (like it usually does) so I missed one or two sessions.

This is why this week I’ll only list what I’m hoping to achieve so here it is:

  • 2 x gym
  • 1 x badminton
  • 1 x swimming
  • 2 x Wii Active Trainer
  • 2 x running.

Even if I don’t manage it all, I’ll try to do min. 30 minutes of sports 6 days out of 7 which is ideal for staying fit.

I’ve just finished two hours in the gym so it’s a good start. ๐Ÿ˜‰
