I love both programs.
Booty Transformation is only 4 weeks long and very intense with one 60-minute Fat Burning Walk and 1-2 Booty Workout recommended every day. The program targets the lower body so you have to add some upper body workouts if you want to work the whole body. Ashy has some upper body workouts in the documents but they require a gym. It’s a great program to build a nice booty and legs. You see results in a short time. 🙂
BBG on the other hand is 24 weeks long (including versions 1.0 and 2.0) and it targets the whole body. It’s intense but has overall less workouts every week with 2-3 LISS, 1-2 HIIT, and 4 resistance training sessions every week, depending on the phase you are in. The circuit workouts are shorter (4 x 7 minutes) so it’s a great program if you don’t have so much time. You will see great results with this program as well, not only on your lower body but also on you back, shoulders, abs and arms which is a plus point for this program.
I think a combination of the two is the best but doing both at the same time as laid out in the programs is pretty intense and requires a lot of time.
If I would have to pick between the two, I would say that BBG is the main program that I would do because it’s a full body program but this program is not focusing on building the booty so I would optionally add the 28 booty workouts (especially Booty Builder, Bender and Burner) if I have time and can keep going.
