Hello and welcome to Marvelous In My Monday!

First I would like to share this marvelous video by Dr. Layne Norton: “How To Lose Fat and Keep It Off”. I pretty much agree with what he says so go, watch it and let me know what you think! 🙂

You know what else was marvelous? My weekend! 🙂

I binge-watched Vampire Diaries till midnight during the entire weekend.

I did a few web courses on the Know It. Prove It. challenge.

I also completed the Arms & Abs and Full Body resistance training sessions for pre-training week 4.

I took a walk to the city and back on Saturday to shop and to get my remaining two LISS sessions in.

My reward for finishing the pre-training weeks 1-4 was buying BBG 2.0 and the HELP Vegetarian guides.

The highlight of my weekend was definitely the Sunday dinner with friends, making sushi and that amazing chocolate mousse cake which was to die for! 😉
