I’ve initially planned to start another program from the beginning of January but after a long consideration I decided that I will join the girls all around the world to start BBG 1.0 by Kayla Itsines on the 5th of January. I’m in!!! 🙂
What is The Kayla Movement?
Kayla Itsines designed the Bikini Body Training Guide consisting of a training plan for 24 weeks (1.0 = weeks 1-12, and 2.0 = weeks 13-24) and nutrition guidelines. Check Instagram for some amazing transformations with this program.
A few girls on Instagram decided to start “The Kayla Movement” on the 5th of January 2015. Hundreds and probably even thousands of girls are joining them in The Kayla Movement.
We all start the Bikini Body Guide workouts from the beginning on 5/1/2015, we complete all weeks 1-24 together and we support and motivate each other along the way. Even Kayla herself is doing it with us!!!
