Now that I completed Jamie Eason’s LiveFit Trainer, I’ve been thinking about what to do next.

I loved LiveFit, especially phase 1 and 2, but lost quite a lot of muscle and went pretty low with the calories during the cutting phase of the program so the next best move is to build some muscles again and do a reverse diet to increase the calories to have a backup for the next cut.

Autumn and winter is the best time for a bulking phase and, although it is recommended to bulk for 6 months at least, I planned only three months from October till December. I will start cutting from January and I hope to maintain some muscle as well and lean out nicely till the beginning of summer.

I’ve purchased James Wilson’s Body Earned 12-week program some time ago and did the first 6 weeks and loved it. Tension Over Time picks up where Body Earned left off with weeks 13-24. These are programs designed for fat loss and James released a program for muscle growth recently as well, 1-2-3 Grow!! which I also bought a few weeks ago.

I have also purchased the Instagram sensation program by Kayla Itsines. I bought the Bikini Body Bundle with the Bikini Body Guide Weeks 1-12 and HELP Nutrition Guide. Kayla released recently Bikini Body Guide Weeks 13-24 as well.

I plan on starting with the 1-2-3 Grow!! today while reverse dieting for the next 3 months followed by cutting calories and doing a program designed for fat loss. I am still torn between James Wilson’s Body Earned and Tension Over Time or Kayla Itsines’ Bikini Body Guide.

I am really excited and I am looking forward to the first workout this evening!
