My mom is visiting us and before she is going back on Monday we decided to go to Prague for a day.

We left around 9 in the morning and the drive went smooth until we came close to Prague where they are building on the highway right now so we had to wait 30 minutes in the traffic jam.

We arrived around 13:30 and we wanted to park directly in the city. We couldnโt find some of the garages That we saw on the map so we finally drove to the National Theater and parked there in the garage. The garage is very narrow, especially for big cars. We stayed for 5 hours and it cost 300 krona (about 10 euros).

We visited the square and the narrow streets. We had lunch at Hard Rock Cafe and loaded up on HRC souvenirs like t-shirts, magnet, pin and glass. We collect them. ๐

We went across the Charles bridge and climbed all the way up to the castle. The entry is for free but there is a short line for security Reasons where they check the bag and we had to go through the metal detector.

After walking around in the castle we went down to the Charles bridge and returned to the National Theater to pick up the car and drive back.
We left Prague at around 19:30 and we arrived home at 22:30. We were all exhausted but so happy after visiting one of the most beautiful cities in Europe. It was our third time there and we will be back for sure.
