High Protein Oatmeal

Capture

Oatmeal is my one of my favorite meals for breakfasts. It can be prepared quickly and it’s filling so I don’t get hungry until lunch.

I recently started to add protein powder into my oatmeal for a complete nutritious meal. The first time I made the mistake of mixing oats with the protein powder first and then cooking it in the microwave. The texture was gross and lumpy. This is because the protein powder will cook when boiled and it will curdle. The trick is to mix in the protein powder after making the oatmeal.
