Today I would like to share with you one of my newly found health and fitness inspirations.

I’ve discovered her success story in the September issue of Women’s Health and started reading her recent blog posts. She is funny and so full of life. She has done such an amazing job of loosing 110 pounds and continues to do so by maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle. I got also hooked on reading about the life in one of my favorite cities, the fabulous New York. It took me a few days but I ended up reading all her posts!
